I’ve been many places that pay a living wage to servers. Service can be passable (read meh) to downright atrocious.

My trips to restaurants in countries that pay a living wage have, more often than not, been very lackluster in the service department. Not always, mind you, but I’d say 5 or 6 times out of 10 on average. I can go months in the US and not receive bad service. Part of the dining experience is the service. It’s obvious…
Because then you’re more likely to get shitty service. Being served is one of the reasons people go to a restaurant to eat. No tipping + increased cost = being forced to pay for service that is technically no longer required.
I’ll be the asshole that says I don’t want to contribute to the living wage of a waiter\waitress that provides shit service.
Waffle House is goddamn delicious.

Why, exactly, do they need to apologize? When did it become requisite to apologize for someone else’s bad behaviour?
Yes, I read that as well and I agree on the ambiguity. I tried very hard not to come off as judgey in my comment since I can’t really get all the info. I hope I was successful.
Do we know that for certain? My wife is in commercial insurance so I’ve learned a bit by osmosis. Loss of business income coverage is available and is quite common place, and is probably a very prudent addition to any policy that a business owner might have.
She was insured, so what’s the GoFundMe for?
I fancy myself a fairly skilled cook, but I leave the salt and pepper on the table just in case someone needs a little more in whatever I’ve served. If, however, you decide it’s okay to put Sriracha on something I’ve made that didn’t include it already or, God forbid, you try to put A1 on my flawlessly executed steaks…
Not in the least.
I apologize for not being more clear.
That’s a lot of math to convert from pounds. Why not just lbs * 2.2?
I can hear both in this clip, and switch at will.
Okay, if you say so.
I feel sorry for you.
Not subscribing to this liberal crap about conservatives hating gay folks makes me a conservative too?
Definitely not a conservative.
