The idea that I could have been an elected official while holding the political views I held when I was 17 is absolutely horrifying to me.

You and me bro. He is my favorite artist of all time, since I was 12, and my inspiration to work in the art and design fields. I have a lot of his art books and would hope one day to meet him in person. Alas, not anymore.
Man seriously, heartbroken is the definitive word to describe me right now. :(
I feel like I'm stepping into the bullshit trollhole but local Nigerian muslim leaders and groups have already denounced the kidnappings and Boko Haram as a whole.
I too like it when ads pander to me by assuming that I'm a good person who likes to see other people be happy, regardless of their differences from me personally. It's good business without being ethically bankrupt. I'm on-board with that.
Thank you for your comment! This is where I bust out the "P" word and politely remind us all to check our health and medical services privilege at the door. I think there's a worthwhile conversation to be had here about teachers who push boundaries in regards to emergency situations—I get that a lot of people don't…
Gluten is bad only if you're allergic to gluten! As a non-celiac vegetarian, my doctor told me I should eat gluten. Sounds like you are just sensitive to MSG. (Which, like gluten, is only a problem for those sensitive to it.)

To me the fly in the ointment of that argument is the gratuitous female nudity (without accompanying gratuitous male nudity). I mean, I guess you could claim that the display of female flesh is part and parcel of the depiction of misogyny (without being misogynistic itself), but I don't think that's a very compelling…
"You know that sadness and rage you feel about your money? Well, that's how some of us feel about people.''
My biggest issue with this is that this moment is being dissected to decide if Ellie is gay or bisexual. Why does it matter? Couldn't it just be she was in love? why does her sexual preference have to come into question?
I don't see any rose-colored glasses on Gargarin. He was the first human in space and the program that put him up there should be celebrated.
Mock could have taken it as a moment to be an ambassador for trans people and used the show as a platform to teach Morgan and his viewers.
