The average salary for a pharmacist is well into six figures. She’ll be fine. It’s not like she took out $200,000 worth of loans for a degree in comparative lit, med school degrees actually pay off.

Aside from assuming facts not in evidence— the author may not even be in school debt, or even if she is, her chosen career may be perfectly capable to rendering those debt (and retirement investment) concerns moot— the fact is, life is a terminal condition, and it is absolutely not worth living unless you take the…
Tesla: Our build quality is equal to 80s GM.
We don’t need two Dakotas.
I would propose the following corrections:
It says (recursive) tire rack right on it!
I googled “Tire Rack tire rack” lol. This puppy’s $154.
Faces? Planes? What the hell you talking about???
“Someone appears to have been there when the mud was wet, because at the base of it, in this video at 0:25, there are deep cut marks made parallel to the faces,” one user wrote. It’s not really clear where the “faces” are supposed to be, but multiple social media users insist they see them.
Don’t worry, some Instagram pillock will find it to scribble all over for their 400 followers.
So uh... what’s on the opposite side of the planet?
You’re right, I mis-typed. I’m going with the coilovers. The lowering springs are for 2018+ models. I’ll probably go with the BC Racing kit.
I’m going to get some lighter wheels, possibly going to a 15 if I can get them to clear the caliper. I’ll probably do some dork-tacular aero stuff, but definitely some cosmetic…
As with everything I’ve ever bought, this deal fell into my lap. I have never once actively searched for a car for sale. People send me links or I see cars on the side of the road or co-workers mention they have cars for sale, and, well, I buy them.
A TourX and a 1st Gen Nissan Leaf? Nice Driveway you got there!
Okay, so first of all, this problem is pretty much exclusive to early Leafs. As I explained, they didn’t manage heat well and the batteries degrade from that. Most new EVs have a temperature management system that keeps things cool while charging or driving hard. Those batteries will last much longer and won’t degrade…
Man, I know this is a 9 year old car and all, but a few months ago I bought a considerably older Pathfinder (‘03) which is pretty much perfect. I’m afraid that over time EVs will prove to be more harmful to the planet than ICEs as they have to be almost completely discarded after the battery degrades.
OTOH... 30 years without an accident, a police stop OR a fine. That’s mighty impressive any way you cut it. Unless the driver is a cicada and goes out every 17 years.
My first brand-new car was one of these, a 2014 Jetta SportWagen TDI w/DSG and Pano Sunroof, black over beige. Granted, I traded mine in after 9 months and 19K miles for a new 2015 Golf SportWagen TDI SEL w/DSG...which was silly. That said, the Golf SportWagen did have some stuff I really wanted on my Jetta…
I looked at an Arteon the other day, and if you get the 20 inch wheels, it comes with a full size spare. I was shocked.
That thing has aged better than I have since 2012...so I hate it. But wow.
