My commute used to involve walking across a busy bike path to get to the subway station. Bicycle users are supposed to dismount and walk through the crossing, but most don’t. So when I see a bicycle speeding at me from one side, I just stop because the bicycle user is not acting predictably by not yielding/dismounting.
