When her oldest son has just been murdered, she thinks her brother has done it, her daughter has been sent away, her youngest child (and second son) has just been removed by her father and is about to be in enormous danger and her brotherlover has returned after being kidnapped with one hand?

She didn't want to have sex. It doesn't really matter why she didn't want to have sex. The fact that she didn't want to have sex, and yet sex was done to her, makes it rape. That is literally what rape is.

She was sobbing, she was resisting, she was saying "don't."
I'd say it's safe to assume she wasn't "completely" into it.

The scene in the book is not a rape and I'm not arguing otherwise.

Ah, sorry about that. Looks like we got our wires crossed. Yes, the scene in the book was definitely consensual. Saying, "let's not do it here" but then saying "hurry" and "do me now" is still consensual. I have no argument with that.

Absolutely true. And if that had happened, the scene would not have been rape.

So rape isn't rape when the woman is mean?

To be honest, I suspect it'll be used exclusively for Jaime's man pain.

They don't have sex.

Aw, you're a virgin.

Most women may stop resisting part way through to avoid physical violence.

So she said, "No," but that didn't count as not giving consent. But then she said nothing and you feel that that was consent?

"No, you're on my hair" is not "no, please stop putting your dick inside me." If you can't tell the difference, then yes, you are probably a serial rapist.

You can't be this stupid.

No means no. Stop means stop.
