Depends on how it crashed; if it oversteered at the right speed and nosed-in, it could power right into dude there. Point is, it’s possible, worth the risk? I suppose everybody has their own preferred way to die; and that whole *at your own risk* bit.

Then that is the problem isn’t it? The dealers are what make car buying (and/or maintaining) a bitch in the first place. That needs to be fixed from the ground up; but I don’t see it happening any time soon.
