I hate people that do the "i'm turning now" signaling. He put on his blinker AS he was turning/changing lanes, It SHOULD be the black BMW's fault here. Signal BEFORE turning people. The gold e46 wouldn't have been wrecked if the guy 1 - at least looked before lane-changing, and 2 - signaled more than half a second…
