I’ve noticed that now that the Star Wars universe is owned by Disney, there is a subtle, but steady and insistent push toward painting the Empire as the good guys, a la Dick Cheney and William Kristol (the two most prominent evil assholes whose opinion on the subject that I know).

Disney needs to not exist on so many levels. I don’t know why they insist on keeping their child stars young and wholesome. One of the Jonas brothers talked about how Disney made them shave constantly because, although they were almost 20, Disney wanted them to look as young as possible no matter what.

I think for most nouveau rich people without any taste, dream house just translates to “really fucking big”, it doesn’t mean well designed or executed.

I’m surprised it’s so bland. It’s a monument of mediocrity; all the money went into scale and none into design or hiring a legit architect.

If this is his dream house, what boring dreams he must have.
