It’s absolutely abhorrent.

Ditto (about our detention centers and ICE) from an American.

The torture centre known as Manus makes me so fucking ashamed to be Australian. Well, there’s so many things that make me hang my head but this is the crust on the shit sandwich. We have failed these poor buggers. We’re still failing them. I hate the xenophobia and arrogance and narrow-mindedness that rules my beloved

Ariana’s tattoo saga is bringing to mind “If You Give a Mouse A Cookie”

You’ve taken back a hopelessly philandering partner under a strict agreement that they cut contact with their social circle despite the fact that it will inevitably fall apart?

This was from a great sitcom in the 90’s called NewsRadio starring the late great Phil Hartman and Kids in the Hall’s (another great show) Dave Foley. In this episode their boss Jimmy James writes a book and finds out it is cheaper to have it printed in Japan but when they translate it back to English Hilarity ensues.

No shit this seems so very obvious!

It’s like the 15th or 16th most popular search category on PornHub.

Watching the show, Jenni is one tough MF, she’s usually the one lifting the spirits of whichever cast member is feeling bad for themselves.

now Ariana’s tattoo reads “Japanese BBQ finger”

Ariana’s tattoo reminds me of a book im reading.

This photo of Kid Cudi celebrating his birthday at Nobu with Kanye West, Timothée Chalamet, and Pete Davidson means something... but what?

Crazy idea: if you absolutely HAVE TO get a tattoo in a language you do not speak yourself, find a tattoo artist that does speak the language. Or get your japanese tutor to accompany you to the tattoo place

Poor Jenni Farley and her children. I’m amazed she was able to leave, that’s the most dangerous time for DV victims and money helps but it’s not a guarantee.

“Plenty of women found him unsettling, and the ones who attended his trial still often saw him a monster”

I actually took away something else from the documentary - I’d only ever heard the much vaguer stories of Bundy, as handsome/charming/intelligent. While I completely agree that the documentary virtually ignores and dehumanizes the victims, I think it actually demystifies Bundy to some extent.

Why? There’s Google Translate.

I think she actually lucked out—”BBQ Grill” is a much better tattoo.

Are we sure that’s not a doll hand?
