Bigger, faster, more complex, more expensive. Those are the only things DoD is willing to buy anymore. Did we NOT learn anything in Vietnam? That technological superiority doesn't guarantee victory?

That's a nice looking car. Quit being such a hipster.

I love cars. I love to hoon cars. These guys are just dicks. Fuck these guys.

When I rent I never abuse the car more than if it were my own. Occasional hard accelerations, cornering and braking - sure, but burnouts and rallying is purely criminal in my mind.

That may be, but did you know that theirs a direct correlation between the decline of Spirograph and the rise in gang activity?

Think about it...

I mean at least it exists unlike your 2jZ swap drift truck that'll never happen

You act like know... things.

You realize that the G-body is one of the best handling body on frame cars right?

I agree, find of... This car is CP, but mostly because of the price. Not because they, in stock form should not be allowed on the road. These cars don't handle so bad that they are unsafe to drive. They handle about as well as any other car with a 4-link read end. Which isn't nearly as bad as some people would like

In fact, I'd say these cars are MORE comfortable for around-town driving than most cars today. They are the pinnacle of point-and-shoot driving, before "involvement" was imported.

Eh, I have driven the regular Cutlass and two El Caminos, and I found them very comfortable for around town driving and even sporty driving. They might roll and pitch, but they are incredibly predictable. There's no chance you'll misunderstand what the car is doing.

These G-body GMs don't have leaf springs. Im pretty sure they have a 4-link with coil springs. they really don't handle that bad considering what the are. There is also quite an impressive amount of after market support for these cars, so you can make them run, drive and handle as well as your budget will allow. Not

someone spending 16k on this is a fucking idiot and should get ass rabies.

So? anyone interested in a car like this doesn't give a shit about its handling. This car clearly isn't for you so you can go bang that drum somewhere else.

as opposed to greasy douchebag bros with their big wheel 1JZ swaps?

you realize we're talking about a 30 year old car, right?

I have worked on, rebuilt, modded and restored all sorts of these Gbody Cutlasses. They are great for what they are, full frame, rwd, v8 optioned cars that have plenty of aftermarket support and can still be had relatively cheap. You can get them to run fast, handle halfway decent if done right. But that price!!! WTF

Well, it is a nice car. G body enthusiasts will notice the wing endlets still intact, the correct seats and steering wheel. The 83/84 cars did not come with the 8.5 rearend unfortunately making this car as valuable as a base cutlass. Real world money this is a $6500-7000 car if it's as nice as the pictures show it too
