After starting therapy, I noticed that I would clench those muscles when I was stressing out (the same way some people clench their jaws, etc). I have no real advice to give, but man do I sympathize...my long-term bf is a spec ops pilot and is always being pulled away randomly (at a moment's notice) to go to somewhere "I can't tell you" for "I don't know how long."
