There are only two things $1.00 in Southern California: the Cheesy Roll-up and Cinnamon Twists. A Bean Burrito is $1.79 and the Potato Soft Taco is $1.59.  You guys are lucky you still have thise dollar items left.

I’m just baking for myself these days, so if I cut this recipe in half (using 2 eggs and 1 yolk for the one ingredient that isn’t easily reduced) would you think it too much for a standard glass pie dish...maybe deep dish? Or perhaps better a 9" springform pan?  It looks spectacular and would love to make it.
