It’s not that Pennsylvania isn’t liberal. Bernie Sanders got 43.56% of the Democratic primary vote. I think it was that people just didn’t like Hillary Clinton.  They also felt cheated when 100% of the 19 PA SuperDelegates voted for Hillary even though Bernie got 43% of the vote.
