I just thought that Estephania deserved a "Stray Observation" this week: "It must be a halfway house…I'm holding a crack baby" Sounds to me like this tertiary character is finally starting to have a bit of a personality. At the very least the more interesting she is, the more I'm allowed to hate Steve.
