Thanks! I’m a fellow oily skinned gal (32 and no skin of dryness yet.....) and have been trying to determine if this foundation might be the one for me. I’ve never found The One, and was thinking perhaps this might be it!

In your opinion, would the foundation be good for someone with, say, oily skin in that case? Dry is good for me! My skin is great in terms of being clear, but so bloody oily. I’m on a constant quest for a matte face.

No idea what this insightful comment was doing in the grays! Out you come!

I found this aspect particularly worrying. If the fiancée isn’t willing to step up against her shitty relatives now, it doesn’t bode well for the future. My mother in law adores me and is very good to me, but she’s a bit....prickly, shall we say, with many people. She hates my husband’s sister’s husband with a passion

Best advice here!

My mother drove that message into my brain basically from birth. “You marry the family unless the guy is willing to cut off everyone and move a million miles away.” She came from a really shit family, and my dad came from a less shitty but still kinda shitty family, and it caused both of them no end of heartache and

It read very “Cool girl” to me - you know, the kind of girl who can eat sixty hamburgers and drink all the beer and wear a six 2 AND have perfect skin even though she totally doesn’t care about makeup you guys.

That is hilarious. I think perhaps in this instance, boyfriend was justified.

I am a bit of a color fiend, and with the exceptions of bright purple because I simply don’t like it, and pastels which make me look dead, pretty much every color is represented in my wardrobe. I definitely have a few acid green pieces, and as I was looking at these models, I thought to myself, “If these ladies who

My mom has been struggling to get the right diagnosis for the past several years - they keep toying with lupus and fibromyalgia, but then changing their minds. Really depends on what doctor she is talking to, and it has been extremely frustrating for her, as she is getting worse with little relief. Your SEID sounds

Ha! That DOES make a more amusing mental image, so please feel free to sub that in.

I used to work in Baghdad, and transitted through Dubai on a fairly regular basis. On night as I was checking into my somewhat dodgy hotel (generally catered to the private security crowd working in Afghanistan and Iraq), a large group of attendants from one of the Asian airlines walked in - I assume something must

Those scarves look so uncomfortable! Every time I fly, I wonder which airline idiot came up with those as standard flight attendant garb—so unnecessary!

Ha! True, it could’ve been that much better.

Also, if I’m recalling correctly, she’s not even American. I believe she’s British. So not only is she manipulating a national election in this scenario, she’s manipulating a foreign election! Bravo to her.

Gambling is recognised as an addiction, right? I’m not an expert in anything except occasionally drinking too much, but it seems that if gambling can be, sex can be—both being activities that give the brain pleasure without an outside chemical like, say, cocaine or whiskey.

Brilliant, thanks for the feedback - adding to basket now :)

Perfect, thank you! Adding to basket now :)

Indeed, it’s alarming on several levels. Well, hello anyway, fellow former Catholic school survivor as well as fellow southeastern Pennsylvanian!

Alas, no. Which means....there are TWO OF THEM out there!
