I think he’s less an anarchist than a right wing libertarian. I’m not sure there’s one “point” to the character. He’s supposed to be problematic, and this is picking up with different characters and their relation to his actions/legacy.

This is horseshit. In none of those episodes is Mohammed treated or depicted in a disrespectful fashion, and in “Cartoon Wars” the other characters comment on how benign the guy’s appearance actually is. The entire point was to emphasize how batshit insane it is to listen to fanatics of any stripe.
