Whilst I really loved the production/style of gkmc, I am enjoying the totally different vibe this album has. Only one listen so far but already I feel like 'damnit thats exactly how you follow up an album like that'

Probably Debut (the most accessable album) and chronilogicaly. It might also be worth checking out Medulla at the same time as Debut, just to hear something very sonically different.

Stonemilker reminds me of the first few tracks of Homogenic, if they were slowed down hmm.

I know right? One thing I love about Untrue/Burial in general is not only the choice in sample, but how they are utilised to create a consistant theme/concept.
