Hopefully this will actually get more celebrities to compete in American Ninja Warrior. I watched a Sasuke episode once, and they got a lot of different people to try the Mt. Midori course, even quite a few Kamen Riders. And let’s face it, you want to see Stephen Amell do that Salmon Ladder in real time.

ANW is definitely a guilty pleasure for my family. It’s cheesy and only the folks with a “story” get any significant screen time, but it’s still fun to watch an athletic competition that is so overwhelmingly positive. Every competitor cheers for each other - it’s really athletes vs the course rather than each other.

I just realized that this is it, this is the story that brings us all together.
