I felt like the reference in this review was there just to throw in a buzzword. And that it was used in a blanket way. “Oh look, there are two men having a tense confrontation. It must be toxic masculinity!” Were they expected to hug? I don’t see that being men with destructive notions of masculinity led Hoyt and Hays

Can we get an official update on Drew? You don’t have to get into specifics or anything, just a simple “he is doing better should be back soon” would be nice.

It seems a bit disingenuous not to mention that while the line “I am no man” is used in the movie it’s really a variation of Tolkien’s ‘But no living man am I! You look upon a woman...”. No matter how it is stated, it’s a fantastic moment in both the book and in the filmed version.

Spoken like someone who’s never killed their sister in a moment of supreme but unintentional carelessness.
