The problem you highlighted with your company is a problem because of regular shareholder capitalism, people with more shares have more say. If shares were split equally as Walker suggested then those decisions would be made more democratically. It's possible I misunderstood of course.

There is no law in the US (where kotaku is based) that says you can’t verbally promote piracy. They might get into trouble if they directly link it but that’s about it. It would be a huge infringement on 1st amendment rights not let people discuss/promote piracy.

I think most were afraid of them implementing hard saves, which very few were advocating for. Most people on both sides agreed these soft saves wouldn't make the game worse, some just thought it was unnecessary.

Grant Morrison is indeed excellent. He worked on New X men for a couple of years. Granted X men are almost a separate imprint from the rest of marvel, I personally appreciate X men more than the rest of marvel because of its more serious tone for the most part.

The online multiplayer is disappointing because there is no online matchmaking, it’s friends only. I’m sure that will satisfy some who have distant friends, but I was hoping to be able to play star fox with randoms, playing the same person over and over gets a little stale.

It surprises me that many people seem to think this DLC will last over a year when most people stopped playing the main game after 3 months or so.
