No the P85D is not fully loaded. You still have to add the upgraded sound system, upgraded leather, ect.. A fully loaded P85D is $130,000. A fully loaded E63 AMG S 4Matic is $122,000 and has better equipment than the P85D.

No its not, you're missing sound system, better interior, ect... a loaded P85d comes in at $130,000. Also a "fully loaded" D compared to a fully loaded E63 AMG S 4Matic is not the same, you get much more on the MB.
