I was a teenager once, a long time ago. Had I had a gun, I can definitively tell you I would have never done anything like this. Being a teenager isn’t an excuse for this level of ignorance and disregard for life.

Whether or not they are the thinking type is one issue, but having the propensity to be so volatile that you execute someone in front of their family is much more disturbing. Actions like that deserve a lifetime of being surrounded by concrete walls and receiving meals through a door.

Some people have no value for human life, those people need to be placed in a facility that has no windows. Leave them their until they expire, society has no need for them.
