Jordan Taylor, Jeff Gordon, and Dale Jr. should be put in one Corvette team and sent to Le Mans.

There are real-world canopies that are cool:

Just make it fully enclosed or it’ll look stupid.

Seriously, Jalops, this is it. The moment of truth. We need to buy this car.

Sorry, but no.

No snark. No wit. No biting comment.

Just this: Cruze does not suck. And it’s surprisingly good with a manual transmission. I was sort of shocked at how good the car was.

fun fact; the little spots on the Corvette’s rear window are tiny Corvette logos.

He dove for an opening and the other car pinched down on him. I would have stuck my nose in too. Once he was there he really didn’t have time to react to the other car’s move to the inside.

Sitting in turn one and I’d put almost all the fault on Albuquerque. Taylor was inside him for a while and Albuquerque clearly took a different line to cut him off and spun himself out. He’s some screenshots of the video I took of the incident

It clearly wasn’t a clean move (that goes without saying), but I’m not sure I’d call it an asshole move. Albuquerque opened the door more than a full car width and Taylor went for it under braking at which point Albuquerque slammed it shut with Taylor’s nose at the 1/3 mark on the car. It’s tough to put any fault on

That Corvette finish last year - shot from the Alex Job Racing pits...

Max is the only one? Let’s see... Alonso, Ricciardo, Vettel (for all that this season has been up and down), Sainz did well against Max at TR, and don’t forget Checo. Hamilton’s a great driver, but there’s a lot of talent on the current grid.

You forget that the flames add at least +5hp, so it’s not super low on power.

It doesn’t look anything like an Aveo save for the fact it’s a 5 door hatch.

The Model 3 will be the next iPhone. I know a ton of people who reserved one because it’s the trendy thing to do.

Ford GTs are the worst sounding car by far. Amongst all classes this weekend.

The banter and the chemistry between the last three TG hosts is unrivaled, and for all Clarkson’s faults—and he certainly has them—he is a very entertaining road tester. I will forever be a fan and I am looking forward to The Grand Tour with baited breath.

Neutral: What Price Should FCA Pay If They Are Found To Be Greasing Their Sales?

GM/Ford/FCA/Toyota, etc could announce that they’ll have a fully autonomous car that requires no fuel or energy input on the market next week, and no one would care. Then Elon would announce that Tesla will introduce vertical integration and everyone’s brains would explode.

It really is baffling, how much trouble they’re having designing a good-looking electric car. It’s not even like they have to dig that deep:
