As much as we want to engage in this fantasy, Trump has shown himself to be a master of wiggling out of legal troubles. I have no doubt he’ll try to stall NY State or even flee the country to avoid prosecution.

It seems like nothing is happening with Team Trump at the moment. Their lawsuits have been thrown out, their lawyers laughed at. So, they decide to put Rudy Guiliani in charge of it. It’s more of a comedic shitshow but we’re always reminded that Trump can change course at any minute and to stay vigilant.
