Holy smokes! Is that...is that the Loc Nar?

Maybe I’m biased, but I feel as though one would have to be in SF for a full week before one runs into​ some free-range human waste....or just go to the Mission district, which on any given weekend morning is liberally spotted with the spoor of tourists and techbrae.

I spent most of 2011 in Philly and moved to Baltimore afterwards. Baltimore is also really dirty, but still not as dirty as Philly (ETA: Because of the MD-PA rivalry it seems like a contest! You have obviously never been to Philadelphia, hands down the dirtiest city in the United States. It is astonishingly​ filthy, and on any given warmish day it smells like it’s been magically transported inside a dung pile inside a corpse.
