I bought an AX-8 Dual way back in the day (pre-EVO) based on Wes’s recommendation) and over all it has been a great lid.

It’s great in person, it’s just something that feels only at home out in the middle of nowhere or mid-air. Personally, I like things a little more subdued looking for every day use. I wear muted colors, etc.

They still sell fairly well for what they are, so what would the ideal configuration and price be, while keeping it worth it under a 1,000?
