Not only can Stallone act, he's pretty good at it too. 99% of his career was spent on making schlock (some of it was quite enjoyable) but this new Jim Mickle movie gives me hope.

He dosen't appear in "movies" anymore. Mostly products.

Dwayne Johnson made another film that panders to the lowest common denominator. Film at 11

Sanctuary Fortress 4life. It's like a William Gibson/JG Ballard world come to vivid life. Not to mention, some of the best evel design EVER. Prime 2 may be a flawed game overall but it is unforgettable.
Say what you want about Southland tales but the Timberlake sequence set to 'The Killers' was pure cinematic go-for-broke audacity. I don't know whether it was awesome or terrible but I've never seen anything like it before or since.
No. You're full of it.
ZACK SNYDER : "Phew. Looks like I didn't make the worst blockbuster of the year"
Hmm. That's an Interesting argument.
You liked it dude. I'm happy for you. Ultimately that's what counts.
There's plenty of it online. But then there's plenty of it against Chris Nolan Batman movies or 'Avatar' too. Internet is a breeding ground for hate and terrible if you're ever trying to gauge objective opinion.
I (mostly) like TFA too and It's well made for sure, as I said in my original post. I'm just trying to stay on an even heel about it's legacy in the Star Wars canon.
Much like Zack Snyder's MOS/BVS debacle is getting some (although only a few at this point) to re-evaluate 'Returns'
Chocolate ice-cream , no matter when you have it is always tasty. How much you should have it for the sake of your health is another question though.
OK so agree that it's better than your average Marvel/Fast and Furious nonsense but that dosen't equate giving it a pass.
I have legit enjoyed 'Clone wars' and 'Rebels' (although I've not seen all of both of them) more than TFA. In fact, Force Awakens PALES in comparison to Bioware's 'Knights of the old republic' which is the best, most satisfying Star Wars related thing in the last 10 or so years.
I agree. Episodes 8 and 9 are going to be business as usual (although I hope not) and then there's going to be a Marvel-style backlash.
i agree with you but tell that to the critics, who instantly claimed it as a masterpiece and gave it a flurry of 5 star reviews.
I'm in my mid-late 20's so I have enough life experience to make my own decisions. But thanks anyway.
