What's everyone favorite mecha from Robotech?! I love them all (except Logans), but Lancer's blue Cyclone is my favorite.

That's probably because you didn't see it from the beginning. Go watch it again, I'll wait.

Only one Dinobot is necessary.

I don't think Pacific Rim is a failure as it is poised to make its budget back and then some, and that's before DVDs and stuff. But if you are talking about it not being a huge blockbuster, yeah that's about right. I blame human stupidity.

Hell Yes! The SunSword is great! We used to bet how many times we'd hear Lords Of Light and/or Demon Dogs per episode. Damn that show was acid

I agree whole heartedly with you. Mila Kunis as Princess Ariel, and then I don't care who is chosen for the rest of it. Or Kimberly Kane (be careful if you google her without safesearch on), that would be acceptable.

Thundarr really needs a movie or series

I want to say the Master sword, but it loses a lot of points for never being your best option. I suppose that's what you get when you're trying to make it so you don't need to scour the map for every secret to beat the game, but come on, two dudes in a hut or a blind Goron suffering from gigantism can make a better

Of course the irony being knowing all these science fiction and fantasy swords just reaffirms how geeky and uncool we all really are. That said.

This happened:

THERE CAN BE ONLY ONE.

That was cool when Arnold tweeted a picture of it in the governor's office.

Sulu's folding Katana from Star Trek.... Im a light saber fan but... just such a cool and original concept.

A blazing sword!

Finns sword

It even had a knock-off version. The Sunsword.

CONAN's sword!

For some reason, the Power Star Sword from the ANCIENT Blackstar cartoon always springs to mind.

Much of the credit given to George Lucas should rightfully be applied to Akira Kirosawa. There is, of course, the famous severed arm from Yojimbo; however, my personal favorite is the dueling scene from Seven Samurai in which we meet Kyuzo.
