You weren’t lying.
You weren’t lying.
I think I like Nagel Padme more:
The Leia/Duran Duran ‘Rio’ bit is weak, as there are countless Nagel-inspired depictions of Leia which are far better! Yes, as a rabid life-long Duran Duran and Star Wars fan, I know these things. And here’s proof:
Haha. Outside of the Denver Metro Area, there are plenty of reasons. It’s basically Mississippi West, out here.
Hate to break it to you, but “Foggy” was 100% CGI. Amazing what they can do on a TV budget these days.
“Good talk”
Haha yes! hydra guys were hilariously corny. Made me feel like a kid again to giggle at the scene where cap was talking to Von straus.
1. Cap’s a way better fighter than Thor, who actually can just rely on super strength to make up the difference.
The man ripped a log in half with his hands! Not saying Thor couldn’t do that, but it definitely sent my audience into a titter.
The super-strength/peak strength debate should’ve ended when he punched through that Hydra submarine window in *The First avenger*.
Cap definitely has superhuman strength but Thor was fighting a more advanced Ultron and was buying time for the Vision to get back into the fight.
There is a sly reference to Betty with regard to the Hulkbuster armour.
Cap can bench about 800 pounds so his punch...pack a punch. See other answers.
True, but the form that was beating the shit out of Thor was a much larger, stronger form.
To be fair when Cap fought him I don’t think that was even his final form.
I’m not a Captain America super-strength denier, but I should point out that the version of Ultron that Thor fought was more advanced (and “puffy”) than the one Cap tangled with on the truck.
So much self-congratulatory bullshit in these comments. No one is handing out trophies, fellas.
When the New52 launched there were some plans to use Raven in the Red Hood and the Outsiders comic that ended up getting scrapped because DC Editorial had big plans for the character. At the time all the hints about Darkseid’s daughter and the absence of Raven led me and others to think that Raven was going to be…
That’s exactly my reaction: the hood, the outfit, the glowing red eyes, the all-powerful evil father... That’s So Raven!
That’s it? His daughter is a Raven ripoff.
