This movie is one of those “Its so bad, its good, but I really wont recommend it to you unless I think you will REALLY get it” movies for me.

I enjoyed all the books but some went slower than others. And yes I read them all. I feel like when they stray too far from Jaime and Claire it’s harder for me to read. But some of the other characters are so good, fergus and young Jaime are favs of mine. Think she could’ve done better with her female supporting…

I just listened to a podcast about a case in Ohio where a woman was charged with reckless homicide and aggravated vehicular homicide after attempting to flee from her abusive husband with her daughters— he held onto the car to try and prevent her from leaving and she accidentally…

And the father who accidently shot his son to death at a range faces no repercussions. And the hundreds of parents who leave their children alone in a room with a loaded gun face no repercussions. And parents of children who kill their siblings with their guns face no repercussions.

Can someone please explain to me why many states are totally cool with Stand Your Ground laws/using deadly force to “prevent death or great bodily harm” but this little girl faces life in prison for shooting someone who repeatedly threatened to kill his entire family with that very gun?
