I am so into the the Hakeem-Cookie dynamic, just like I was into the Jamal-Cookie dynamic last season.

Lucious was very touchy with Cookie in this episode. I was also surprised that he told Anika that he has ALS. I thought they'd drag that out a little longer.

I hope that Sam realises what is happening to Dean and tries to help him before he does something major. Dean's behaviour should be all too familiar to him.

Not to mention Bonnie burning the house down and smiling after hearing about Joe's "suicide". What the hell was that?

Best joke for me was Death saying that he was there for Cleveland's show. And how miserable is Joe, really?

But then again, this is Supernatural. They managed to make Cain a sympathetic character (at least for me). Who knows what they could do with the Mark. It and Crowley are the only things keeping me tuned in at this point, tbh…
