Glad I wasn’t the only one thinking this. 0-60 times can suffer due to grabbing an extra gear shift, but passing-speed acceleration could be much improved with this new combo. Seems odd that Chevy’s PR wouldn’t be highlighting something more than “it feels good”.

What’s the difference in the numbers for 30 to 50 mph or 50 to 70 mph acceleration between the old 2016 and 2017 models? What’s the quarter mile numbers? Without them, it’s just hand waiving arguments discussion...

The 1938 Delahaye that was one of the other two cars in contention for Best in Show was far more striking, the lines more sensuous than the Lancia which is a little chunky, not to mention the red paint was more of an attention getter. There was a Lancia coupe, also black, that I thought was also more appealing to me
