Well considering they show up in hospitals, why couldn’t one show up in someones home?

That doesn’t change the fact that they have been in places they really shouldn’t have been in the first place.

Ours does, and the cops told everyone to call them if they see anyone there because people were going there to do drug deals at night.

I can understand the “you live by a public park” excuse for the noise and people being in the park, but that does not excuse people “peeking” in peoples windows/cars, swearing at people, and destroying property. And if the park does not allow people in there after dark, it sounds like they are ignoring that as well.
