Might be a good movie, it just might not be an "Uncharted" movie.
@Ryguy226: And remember how much it sucked to play Metroid Prime Hunters, Moon, etc?
Dual Joysticks tend to take the spotlight.
I don't know why the Big N can't do this. Maybe Nintendo thinks a 2nd joystick on the 3DS would intimidate the casual gamer?
Not bad. I liked some of his collision and weapon sounds. I didn't like the boost or the main engine sounds - After a while it was just a repetitive grind with a high whine. I much prefer the original, but I'll give him points for trying.
@phosphorr42: Disgust? Anger? You assume too much. The only feelings I 'felt' was an overwhelming sense of pretentiousness coming from the level creators. The impressions I've read on this showed that most didn't even understand the story, so all they got out of it was shock. Shock value alone does not 'great art'…
@phosphorr42: No one cares? You did. So, even though you didn't agree with me, what I said caused you to have an emotional response. You were saying IW's level was 'art' because it did that same thing for me. So, I guess, by that reasoning, what I said up there was as artistic as what IW did.
Whether or not this influences real terrorists or not, I still didn't think this level was in good taste.
Now I'm thinking: I want try ALL of the different games out for 5 min to compare them, but when the system comes out, I'd only buy one, maybe two games tops.
I agree. I don't want to push female gamers away by using outdated stereotypes.
I probably don't mind a long staggered launch, since I don't think I'll be getting one right away anyway. Super enthusiasts can jump at first. Then, when I do want one, maybe they'll be in stock and (unlikely) lower in price.
Zelda isn't even making it by June? Looks like I'll have an easier time waiting to buy one of these.
dayam, that's pretty hot. Makes me want to play that game again now, for some reason.
Using the joystick + stylus + trigger = hand cramps.
@Josh Wyatt: And yet, this still echoes my impression of it. I'm not really a treasure-style-shooter fan, and thus, not a big fan of this direction so far.
@Pyro3000: From their POV, I'm sure that Nintendo COULD put more time and effort into remaking this, but why should they? They won't sell THAT many more copies if they do, so why spend the money and time?
@mcderek3000: I'd like to see comparison shots because I can't remember.
@pidgeo5: lol. I forgot about the nasty slut fairies from OoT. I agree I just want the 2D LTTP fairies.
