"Where do I see myself in five years?

Hey, I was just down there a couple weeks ago! I didn't do anything that decrepit, though.

I have always thought Jones is perfect as Betty. I know she gets chastised for this performance sometimes and even more so for her feature work (I've only seen X-Men: First Class and didn't really notice much beyond the lingerie), but I think she nails every scene she's in.

EDIT: (Now that I've actually read the article…) One of the events I listed below was a table-read of this full script, with what I'm assuming will be much of the intended cast, though Poehler was in a supporting role then - here's a picture from Wain's blog: http://www.davidwain.com/bl… It was hilarious (and yes,

I have never seen The Godfather III, and never will. A couple of weeks ago I watched part I again on Blu-ray and then a few days later saw a restored Part II on the big screen, and it was amazing. For whatever reason I hadn't seen either film in years, and forgot much of them. It was like a revelation to see Part II

I would watch this show if Krakowski/Jenna wasn't on it.

The episode where Marie crashes her car into Ray & Debra's living room, and Ray doesn't obsess about that but about the replacement wallpaper with its "crazy fun-house stripes" is one of my favorites: Insane, hilarious, risky cold open; Ray acting manic over wallpaper; character dynamics brought to a head. I should scan the letter I received from Watterson after I wrote him a fan letter as a kid and share it. It was on Calvin and Hobbes stationery, and came in a Calvin and Hobbes envelope. And it wasn't a form letter, either.

Line-ups need to be concentrated in their awesomeness. If all the acts I wanted to see or was even somewhat curious about from all three days were concentrated in one day, then they would have my money, easy. But even though I live in the same fucking state, it's such a production to go down there and deal with

"Standing while black" is an all-time great line that I'll never get to use because I'm a white male in my mid-30's, with glasses no less.

I just came came here to see if The Ring got props. Up top, Tasha. Fuck that shit. I saw that on Halloween by myself on a whim during its original theatrical run. Someone happened to call me about ten minutes after the movie ended. Later, my cable went out. Nuh-uh. True story. I repeat, fuck that shit.

Yeah but you say that about everything, like sandwiches.

@avclub-525f76574b3a2a5bcb4da793c92a16fb:disqus & of course Sean O'Neal - this was the first time I ever had to quickly leave my desk & duck outside into the hall because I was about to laugh so much. Kudos, you bastards.

SPOILERS (?)

I disagree with Noel just a bit; I think the plot points are setting up realistic consequences - there's nothing extraordinary about the financial implications of Curtis's obsession.

PLACEHOLDER: I am so tired and am going to bed, but I will comment meaningfully this weekend. Esposito has always been great, it's fantastic that he's on the best serialized drama ever.

For me, and it was relatively simple and easy, it was her going from "not even close" to "Glenn Close" - so stupid and silly and right.

No offense to any of the staff here, but I think Film Crit HULK is my favorite critic. There's Banner-level genius, seriously deep analysis but with the passion of a gamma-irradiated cinema geek. Follow on Twitter, read his site, whatever. You won't regret it.
