You misread me. The product is too much for the brand. They should have kept the mid-engine configuration, done away with the expensive hybrid tech and kept the car in a lower price bracket.

Art and Science began nicely; look at the CTS circa 2008. Then the “focus groups” came back in and decided everything needs to be toned down (in other words, more anonymous). So now Cadillac is right back where it was before Art and Science.

The “First-ever” BMW 4 Series made me laugh. They literally renamed a product line.

The NSX should have been at the GT-R price point, and not 1.6x.  It’s too much car for the brand and that’s why it isn’t selling.

Also important to evaluate is whether the dealer or seller should reasonably be expected to know and disclose any major issues found in the PPI. If the car has OBD error codes that indicate gross negligence, and the sale ad claimed the car runs fine, huge red flag on the seller’s honesty. Same with things like bad…

The interior door panel, especially the area around the door pull, is nicely done.

Sports cars with less HP than a Camry are still far more fun to drive because they respond instantly to pedal inputs. High-HP family cars just have good passing power, but they usually take a few seconds to actually kick down the gears.

IMO, tech is no longer a luxury. Generally, the latest gadgets are available in everything from a Corolla to a Phantom.

Ironically, if you look at race cars, which inspired low-profile performance wheels and tires, they actually have significant tire sidewall.
