Like i get that if a person puts a blindfold on and then a person they didn’t consent to have sex with penetrates, it’s rape. But in this case it’s the same person.. there is no 3rd person that did not have consent.

I have similar thoughts... like what if she took her blindfold off and found out that “Kye” was actually a white guy or a black guy and not half asian- half latino? And then the victim is horrified to find out she has been lied to.. but that’s not actually rape is it? How is this really all that different? I mean…
