I wouldn’t overestimate the GMs. Remember all the shit talking they did about Bosa’s career basically being over before it began?

I love the piping-hot “Well, GMs in the NFL will take this rank disloyalty into account come draft day” take-- as if they would ever give a flying fuck (and probably would give bonus points for that player’s commitment to a pro career).
I wonder if this will be a recurring thing in college sports? I could see a lot of players across football and basketball deciding not to potentially injure themselves during a season in which they’re not getting paid while preparing to go high in a draft. It would probably make the NCAA think twice about not paying…
It’s fine, but too often the ribs are broken.
I can’t wait until we take him in here in Denver and Von Miller drags his decaying carcass to the super bowl.
Jesus. The irony of the comment thread. “No one cares what you think Kluwe!” — guy posting on the comment thread of a newspaper’s website.
Look at John D. Rockefeller over here bragging about his bottles.
When College sends its place kickers, they’re not sending the best. They’re not sending you, they’re sending people that have lots of problems and they’re bringing those problems with us. They’re bringing drugs. They’re bring crime. They’re rapists…
Also, I’m assuming Drew didn’t write this because he’s streaking through the office with a half empty bottle of tequila right now.
And so the bigotry and hatred continues, tearing apart our country..
Drew works from home.
Blair Shank Redemption was a draw at the box office.
“Oh your sixth round kicker didn’t do so good? Must be nice.” - Tampa Bay fan
Well, we know that his takes will be wide-left.
We’ll allow punters, but FUCK PLACEKICKERS.
I look forward to reading his upcoming Deadspin articles.
If Jake Locker got arrested in the middle of nowhere in Washington, yeah, that would also be news. “A local event that had no national implications” would not work as criteria for news, anywhere. It’s fine to not like this article, because I know I’m not going to change your (or anyone else’s) mind, so I’m bowing out…
When the NCAA and its constituent athletic programs are portraying themselves as organizations that care about their athletes and are commited to supporting them and preparing them for lifelong success, this is news.
The Fresno Bee wrote about his arrest last year, and I linked to it in my article. It seems that you have received new information from reading this.
