Just saw the trailer for Lovebirds this morning before a showing of Birds of Prey. Kumail and Issa are a pairing that I did not know I wanted until now.  I hope it turns out as good as the trailer makes it look.

I certainly didn't hate it but it just felt over hyped to me. 

I'm going to probably be in the minority here, but I didn't get Once upon a time in hollywood. I didn't dislike it, but it felt empty to me. 2+ hours of nothing much happening, followed by five minutes of horrifying violence and then an uncomfortable ending. The detail was stunning but in hindsight countless scenes…

Tesla already owns production lines with all the systems you’re claiming they’re avoiding. Your argument fails both the smell test and any application of Occam’s Razor.

Presumably the trucks would be done on new lines created to avoid buying more of those systems. It’s not like they’ll stop making the existing models to make the truck.

I feel like if this was the concept car and then they released some watered-down, softened design that looked more traditional, everyone here would be calling bullshit and complaining that if Tesla actually had the balls to release the concept, they would have bought it.

I agree that it is not ugly. It is also not beautiful. I’d say its striking, and different.

The more I look at it, the less ugly it gets.

I like how you point out the over promises(legit complaint) but totally ignore the actual delivery. Tesla has accomplished almost everything they have promised. EVERYTHING. Not always exactly in the timeframe promised, sometimes over budget and more expensive than promised but they deliver.

It’s not ugly, it’s different. Very different.

I dont understand people hating the looks, i think it looks amazing.
