I thought this ending was sort of lame. I enjoyed this show overall, but it does “cheat”, and it’s characters are inconsistent. For instance, the way Russell reacted to Gamby saying he was the killer last episode felt like it was manipulated in a way to trick the audience and create conflict, and not true to how he

That was one graphic desk doodle!

I think the biggest stunner was that Bill was not in fact an actual Bill Gates impersonator. He seemed so studied.

Bill’s Durst-like demeanor MUST have influenced the show’s decision to make this episode.

HO-LY SHIT. I don’t know if that was scripted or 100% real. All I know is it was amazing. I feel like I say this every show but Nathan Fielder is a genius.

“Like anyone would want to ‘R’ her.”

We do not, we do not wag our genitals at one another to make a point.

I know it’s in poor taste but:

Yeah, I’d say that these two albums are better than anything McCartney, The Stones or Dylan were putting out at the 20 year mark of their careers.

I love Beck. His unapologetic weirdness, his willingness to experiment, his very eclectic taste in influences. I just don’t talk much about music anymore. Don’t know why; still talk about comics, books, TV, etc.

Yeah, “relevant” is kind of a bullshit term. It’s basically a way to make something sound important and zeitgeisty even if not that many people are actually listening to it pretty much just because you like it and think your opinion is the center of the universe.

Don’t be “relevant”. Be GOOD.

“Often, Colors actually sounds like the more stripped-down Beck of Modern Guilt or even Morning Phase trying to make a party record, before realizing that he can’t quite dance the pain away.”

That’s exactly right. Is Colors a party record by the guy who did “Where It’s At”? No, that guy’s dead—Lamborghini Shih Tzus

I mean if you think of the stuff the classic 60s artists were releasing in the mid-80s, well...Beck and Weezer’s latest albums aren’t really that bad, 20-25 years out is often a rough time for rock bands.

I don’t think any band has bought more good will with one album than Weezer did.
