I have too many of these stories to tell, but they all have these lessons in common:

I have the same luck with scrambles in stainless steel. I have a little teflon pot that I use almost exclusively for this, since they don’t need much heat.

I crack an egg straight into my Nongshim Shin Ramyun. When the egg begins to cook I whisk it with a fork for an egg-drop-soup style ramen bowl. Chopped scallions and the tiniest bit of sesame oil round it all out nicely.

It may seem like a lot to start, but that’s a pretty reasonable weight to have hanging off your arms. It’s meant to be a pretty intense walk, so you want to carry as much as you can while being safe. Naturally that will increase with practice.

I bought the Pro edition specifically for the Group Policy Editor, and to edit a few of the mentioned policies Microsoft is disabling. I have to turn off updates all together now to avoid losing that.
