Most of the issues I have with travelling to warm places is actually that the AC is too cold. It seems to have only two settings, "snow storm" and "off", which unfortunately you can't change with the thermostat anyway. I can have the room at the desired temperature, but it's still blowing frigid air on me. =/

No one is going to lower their prices to avoid customers haggling with them. Many people don't even try, and pay 100% of the asking price anyway. Haggling is a system that benefits both the seller and the informed buyer, since the seller can overcharge the lazy or ambivalent, and cut their margins for harder-to-please…
