Well done does not equal good either. I prefer my meats medium rare. Thats my opinion. And if you think our African ancestors (who invented pit cooking) cooked everything to well done, you're mistaken.

Right. Thats why I cook the meats I'm eating last versus the meats my family eats. How anyone enjoys a well-well done steak is beyond me.
