The disconnect for me was the "love" scene between Shaw and Root. Worst girl on girl I've ever seen. Kept wanting to shout "Opa!" as the plates were breaking.
That it was the machine's version of human love and sexuality made it more palatable. Hope the real reunion is nowhere near as awkward.

Of course it can, but you chose the literal one and missed the joke. So I can't take your opinion at face value.

Dude, you miss the point entirely. Obama "bombs" with drones, as Wilmore referenced several times.

Any comic that has to say "just kidding" to retract a joke that didn't land isn't doing well. Satire bites, not nervously giggles. You can give him credit on a reverse metric, as in he rendered some of the audience stone-faced, but on a technical level he bombed. Which gives him something in common with Obama at his

The comic series or the movie?

Not sure we were watching the same thing… Obama was by far the better comedian. His timing was impeccable, while Wilmore kinda missed more than he hit. Maybe Obama should do a late night show…

Well, how 'bout this. I'm lukewarm of the show because it's dropped most of the mythological elements of the comics series, but my girlfriend (who's not a comics geek) likes it cause it reminds her of USA shows. Guess it has a couple actors from Suits.

The TV Flash moves at the speed of sound, not speed of light. Think they established that Mach 3 (?) is his limit and the main storyline involves him trying to get faster in order to beat Zoom.

New RNC slogan: Lose with Cruz!
Apparently they view Trump (Drumpf) at the top of the ticket as an extinction level event for the Republican Party, so somehow losing with Ted is lesser of two evils.

I think the movie is flawed, but it's also been misunderstood in the midst of the critical sound and fury. It has a bit more thematic cohesion than given credit, like all the talk of gods and demons presaging the coming of the New Gods.

No, hadn't seen that, but figured we already had a Shroedinger dry run, so they'll go for a full litter this time.

One way to ensure none of the actors push for a raise over the summer.
"You want what now? Sorry, you won't need it… your character's history."

People will be howling all summer long if Lucille starts swinging next episode, we see it from victim's PoV and they fade to black…

"Implacable accent" or impeccable accent?

Why hasn't there been a Mirror Master yet? Cisco used some mirror effects last season to show speed echoes from the time of Barry's mom's murder. Seemed like that would lead to MM popping up.
Maybe he has…

"A superspeed quickie/4?"

I'm talking about how the actors played the scene, just as Isaacs/Poe said he played romance with Finn.

Is there a Barry Allen/Eddie Thawne ship?
The episode where Flash has to save Eddie's life repeatedly last season led to a scene where there's a deep eye-contact moment and an enigmatic smile. The Flash really cares about Eddie, you guys. More chemistry than Barry ever had with Iris.

Any guesses around these parts as to Zoom's identity?
The longshot for me would be Jay Garrick, who could have been deceiving Wells-2 and the regular crew all along. Or the Hunter Zolomon (Jay of Earth-1) reveal last week could be a complete misdirect.

MRAs? Hate this acronym already. Just as bad as the wacky right-wing nuts/right wingnuts using SJWs.
