I love love love preserved lemons. Always have a jar in the fridge. I use them with roast lamb, any Moroccan inspired dish, sometimes just a teensy bit with garlic and truffle oil and chilli in some pasta. So versatile!

I use an app developed by the Australian government department of veterans affairs. It’s a free app! PTSD Coach Australia. Very simple but I like it. Turns out breathing and visualisation helps me immensely.
