This week completely broke me. The events in Puerto Rico and vegas make me so profoundly sad and depressed.

Yes, by most measures Colbert and Kimmel would be considered quite rich but allow me to put some math down here for some perspective:

All day long yesterday, I was on the phone talking to people for work, and most of us didn’t (or couldn’t) even acknowledge what had happened. We just put our heads down and went ahead like every other day.
