That’s just silly. The Jewish people who settled in Israel (most after WW II) were not indigenous; they came from all over the world and are of every nationality and race.

Wonder Woman was just played by a pro-Israel pro-IDF Israeli woman who actually fought for the IDF and is unapologetically supportive of them, so, no, you’re not just wrong, you’re super wrong.

At the risk of getting into another tedious, ahistorical I/P argument, this issue is not complicated at all. Israelis are settlers and colonizers. Palestinians are a colonized people. That should be literally all you need to know to make an informed decision as to who deserves your support.

Just noting that had she written exactly the same about any Arab government, she would likely never have been pressured to step down. We really do hold double standards, here.

And oddly, all I can think right now is that this image makes her look as if she has a carnival sized head.

I can’t believe they cited this as actual birth control. My app that I used four years ago warned that ovulation dates were an estimate and not to count on them absolutely. Well duh, everyone knows (or should know) that tracking your fertility, even with an app, is an unreliable method of birth control. Back in the 1980s this was called the rhythm method. There was a joke, “What do you call people who use the rythym method?” “Parents.”

Yup, that sounds exactly like Montanan, highline specific sentiments. They are very much so against outsiders. I grew up there from the time I was 2 until I graduated, it was made VERY clear to me that I was an outsider even though I had gone to pre-school, elementary school and highschool with these people.

I think she’s the most unexpected delight of the show. You want to like all of the human leads, but Janet just started off as a funny quirk in that world that they’ve built into one of the best characters.
