Serious question: Does this bill also allow health insurers to opt out of covering D&C procedures in cases where fetuses are non-viable (i.e. miscarriage)? I mean, this law is shit all around, but that would be a true indicator to me that the legislators didn't actually understand what they were signing off on.

Sounds like the purpose of the labeling is to throw religious conservatives a bone and provide jerky small town convienience store clerks with a way to throw their weight around requiring young girls to show ID since these girls probably won't know that it's not legally required. But that might just be the cynic in me.

and campus police? Forget about it. If a crime occurs in public and you're the victim you can go and get a police report of the incident no problem, they do that every day.
