Our grocery store didn’t have them either. I eventually found them at a Walgreens by accident.

I'm fairly certain that 'service charge' goes to the hotel and not the delivery person. I would still tip the person who brings it.

The Voluminous is my holy grail as well. I've tried the Carbon Black (like tar and too wet ugh. Should not need 3 makeup wipes and oil based remover to get it off.) and the Miss Manga (hate the brush. formual meh). I stand by the original version though!
