I’m really reconsidering the unpleasant thoughts I sent the Judge yesterday when she included in the jury instructions basically the Stand Your Ground Law.

If you think about everything your food goes through to make it to your plate at a restaurant the person who’s eating it touching it a little is probably the least disgusting thing to happen to it. 

I would and I have. Many times. Tending bar at a place that serves food. It all tasted as good as if you had ordered it yourself, only it was cold by the time I got to it. No sickness acquired from it, so I can confidently say that at least in my case it was all a mental obstacle, not really a health risk.
